OUR PURPOSE
We are a team whose purpose is to elevate Jesus in our life, in our craft, skills, and in our community.
As we exalt the name of Jesus, He continues to shape our identity in the Kingdom of God, our purpose, and the culture we create in corporate worship.
We are called to lead our local body in this same endeavor through scripturally sound and spirit-filled music.
WHAT KIND OF CULTURE?
We are a FAMILY. A Family connected through Christ and connected in purpose through the Great Commission.
- INTEGRITY • We strive to live a whole life. Our desire is that the Holy Spirit is transforming us more and more like Christ each day in thought, word, and action.
- TEACHABILITY • We are never done learning and growing whether through music, technology, or spiritually. We want to work hard to hone our skills and give God our best. He is worthy of excellence.
- HUMILITY • Worship is not about us, but about Jesus. We are called to be servant-leaders who glorify God with our hearts, generosity, and availability.
- COMMUNITY • We place strong emphasis on valuing and loving others. God has made each person unique within the body of Christ.
- AUTHENTICITY • We want to be honest about where we are with God and life; living a transparent, accountable life.
- EQUIPPING • We long to raise up more leaders. We believe the work of the Great Commission must continue to be passed on to the next generation. One practical way to start equipping the next generation is by giving them a place to grow their skills. We love coming alongside others and helping them grow.

Want to join the team? If you believe in the mission, meet the criteria, and are willing to submit yourself to the doctorine (What We Believe - CLICK HERE ) and leadership values of VC Family, we would love to have you on our team! The process to join includes the steps below:
1. APPLICATION
- Fill out the interest form below.
2. SKILLS ASSESSMENT
- We will give you the option to choose two songs from a provided list to showcase your ability, skills, and proficiency in a scheduled audition.
3. INTERVIEW
- Meet with our Worship Pastor to discuss how we operate and discover your next steps.
4. FOLLOW UP
- Wait for us to contact you with important information on next steps and complete an initial 90-day trail period.

WHAT WE BELIEVE
We believe that Jesus Christ is God incarnate, fully God and fully man, that He was conceived and born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, and sacrificed Himself to be punished in substitution for sinners. By the blood of His cross and His resurrection from the dead, He obtained for us eternal redemption, the forgiveness of sins, and life everlasting. He was raised bodily and ascended to the right hand of the Father. He will return to the earth personally and visibly to consummate His kingdom.
