Equip

We long to raise sons and daughters to become mature spiritual fathers and mothers. This is who we are trying to EQUIP. We desire to raise up and equip the church to become spiritually mature leaders. We strive to train individuals by providing a platform for them to exercise the gifts God has given them to edify the family of God, or church (Ephesians 4:11-16). When we successfully raise up spiritual fathers and mothers they will join the mission in helping to REACH more lost and wounded sons and daughters. They will TEACH older sons and daughters who already attend a church body. Furthermore, they will be empowered and unleashed to go and birth new ministry opportunties, raise more leaders, and plant new churches.

We believe family family is a major theme in the bible. It is a model that Jesus uses to illustrate what the Kingdom of God is like. We believe it is also a metaphor and theme used to live out the Great Commission.

Everyone wants to belong to a family. In a family we find value, worth, identity, and purpose. Each family members starts as an infant, a baby, but as time passes each member of the family grows. Eventually, each member is called to grow up and become a father or mother.

Fathers and mothers give birth to new life! New life is vital to the Kingdom. Out of spiritually mature individuals new churches and new ministries are born, and the circular cycle starts over again.

CHURCHES IN AMERICA

Churches in the United States are declining at an unprecedented rate. Over the last 20 years, overall church growth in the United States has decreased by over 17%.

As the generations start to age, we are seeing an increasingly based Christian culture. The majority of millenials and generation z are growing up outside of the church.

LET'S REVERSE THE TREND

We long to raise up leaders to help expand the Great Commission across the United States and all around the world. We want to expand the Kingdom of God so much that we become a SENDING church!
